Discussing Mental Health is Important

Reasons are many to claim mental health is disturbed but some of the important reasons are:

  • Childhood abuse, trauma, or neglect.
  • Social isolation or loneliness.
  • Experiencing discrimination and stigma, including racism.
  • Social disadvantage, poverty, or debt.
  • Bereavement (losing someone close to you)
  • Severe or long-term stress.
  • Having a long-term physical health condition.

We all are needed to be attentive towards the measures regarding our mental health because once it is disturbed it will take a lot of things from us to be in the native form and sometimes it is not possible to be back in the normal situation.

But when it comes to mental health we should always take care of our surroundings so that none of the things can have an impact on our mental health…
