In a humble hut they did  live

Content were they with what God did give

Touch and go at times it was

But together they many a crisis they did cross

Managed they to give their son a good education

Tought him the wonderful.values of life’s striation 

Grew they vegetables in a small mud patch 

Vegetable creepers covered their roof’s thatch

Vegetables sold set their  income soaring

Post graduated their son  in engineering

Laid he the certificates at his parent’s feet

With unbound joyousness this the parents did greet

True happiness was theirs acheiving such a feat
