On the occasion of World Chocolate Day, I want to share my thoughts about chocolate. Like Yin-Yan life too had two colors black and white. Either we are sad or happy. In both cases the one thing that is quite common is Chocolate.

Chocolate is the best way to share happiness, chocolate is the best way to relieve stress. Also from various medical studies, Doctors find out that eating chocolate helps to reduce stress, it also helps in mood swings during the menstrual cycle. From my personal experience chocolate is my partner during my studies. I always had chocolate with me while studying especially during exam times and yes it does wonders for me…

Almost everyone loved chocolate. Chocolate is also quite common to express feelings and it is one of the bestest gift you can share with your friends, family, and loved ones. Specifically Dark chocolate is an amazing source of antioxidants, also it helps to improve blood flow, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease. So keep chocolating but in a limited amount due to the presence of sugar and fat content in it.
