1. Keep yourself at the top of your priority list. 

2. Follow your heart and intuition.

3. Always forgive yourself.

4. Don’t hold grudges and never regret.

5. Communicate with your loved ones. 

6. Be kind, don’t judge on part of your irrational thoughts and assumptions.

7. Drink more water.

8. Always make time for yourself. A moment where you can be a home to your younger self.

9. Believe and have faith in yourself.

10. Do care of your skin and hair. 

11. Hold an element of uncertainty.

12. Surround yourself with good people.

13. Namaz+Qur’an with meaning.

14. Journaling.

15. Do care about your health.

16. Sleep less.

17. Prepare a separate timetable for using social media.

18. Make the mood swings a part of your existence.

19. Gratitude.

20. Art and craft.

21 Work hard.

22. Set short-term goals.

23. Make to-do lists and try to complete them. 

24. Take a break from your daily routine.

25. Make your days productive.

26. Try to study for at least 2 hours a day.

27. Write motivational thoughts for yourself. You can have

them during your exams.

28. Follow people on social media who inspire you to concentrate on your studies. 29. Be in touch with your books.

30. Write on daily basis.

31. Maintain different journals for different purposes. 

32. Write a dairy writing once a week.

33. Try new genres.

34. Do take part in writing competitions.

35. Be in touch with your writer friends.

36. Join writing communities.

37. Read one book once a month at least.

38. Try new things and explore new ideas.

39. Try to pour your heavy heart on blank paper. 

40. Never get disappointed by your writing streak. Writing is something that is within. You cannot force yourself to write. It just comes naturally.
