MENTAL HEALTH- BREATHE POSITIVITY An individual needs to see the beauty of nature,
To feel the sun on her skin,
To breathe the fresh air it brings.
To be with people and communicate his thoughts.
They brings comfort and warmth
to such a troubled mind.
Sometimes even the sound of the rain,
The smell of coffee can ease anxiety.
Music soothes a soul,
Can make the mind at peace.
All the simple things we sometimes neglect are the things that can make us forget the sadness and dilemma we’re having.
Sharing a burden or problem
To your trusted person is something that can make you breathe and lighten the weight you are carrying.
Be gentle with yourself,
You don’t have to carry the world alone on your shoulder.
Free your mind to the things that snatches away your sanity.
Be free from the fears of not getting heard or seen,
Speak what you have to, it is okay to seek help at times you need it the most.
Be free and speak. You don’t always have to be alone in a fight.
