Divine Memory

Divine Memory
Divine Memory

Flipping the pages of an old photo album,

I wonder, what the time beholds is unpredictable.

Each moment we spent together,

Holds a divine memory deep inside my heart.

The time when the eyes used to communicate,

When the emotions accelerate,

Sharing and caring were the only virtues,

The relation without stress and burden,

Promise of love and togetherness,

Vows bonding together for the lifetimes,

How come, this long distance can break the bond,

Soon we will be together to cherish our relation lifelong.

The twinkling star whispered,

I’m listening, though physically far from each other,

Yet, just day and night apart.

The rolling tears caught a smile,

When he winked so bright.
