yoga makes you do various excercises

the ancient form of art makes your body to realise

a union with self, nature and  God

which is easy to afford

It keeps you calm and composed

active and the whole day aroused

wiping away the laziness and yawn

waking you up at dawn

Hence, yoga should be practiced daily

with the help of a well trained coach

to make it easy to approach

to sail your life’s boat.
