Nostalgia, Dear friend, is bittersweet,
For it stirs emotions, both bitter and neat.
A tender ache for what we can’t reclaim,
A longing for a time that won’t be the same.
In childhood’s embrace, innocence did bloom,
Laughter echoed freely, chasing away gloom.
Friends by my side, like stars in the night,
Together we reveled in pure delight.
Through the halls of school, I journey once more,
The scent of books and chalk dust I adore.
Family gatherings, filled with love’s embrace,
Shared meals and stories, creating a sacred space.
Oh! Those summer days, so warm and bright,
Running through fields, bathing in golden light.
Picnics under trees, the taste of a sweet treat,
Each memory a gem, making life complete!
