In the beginning of this summer, I was lonelier than ever!!

When the emotions are at their peak, not being sure of anything, moods are anything but pretty,

To which mommy says, “You are in your teen, it’s just a phase, soon you will get over with it sweetie.” 

None of my friends are around, how can I expect, anyways 

For being all new to this little town!!

Mornings are boring, evenings are dull, and 

My full-fledged happening life suddenly has become lull.

“Hey you”, a voice which forever is etched in my heart now

Let’s play together, and live this time to the fullest, he said so much with ease,

I so wondered how?

Now the mornings are bright and the evenings are beautiful,

With this new bond of friendship, the two of us are all happy and joyful!!

By the end of this summer, I was more in friendship than ever!!!
