Parshva Udani from D Y Patil International School, Mumbai, represented India, making a noteworthy impression at the ISF (International School Sport Federation) U/15 Gymnasiade Zlatibor, Serbia 2025 Championship.

Training at Sprinters Sports Club under the mentorship of Mr. Ravi Valmiki and having been given the platform by ISSO India for this global meet, Udani’s participation and performance mark an important milestone in his athletic journey, demonstrating his dedication and resilience for the sport.

Parshva Udani earned a hard-fought spot to compete in the Long Jump event, where he secured 13th position globally, placing him among the world’s top young athletes. His performance showcased his skill and the culmination of his rigorous training.

Parshva also played a key role in the medley relay team‘s participation, where the team secured 11th position, further highlighting his commitment and versatility.
Parshva was competing at the Gymnasiade, a prestigious international multi-sport event for school athletes, with 58 nations participating & 120 players across 12 sports from India. The Athletic event was on the 5th, 6th & 7th day of the entire 10-day event, which presented significant challenges, including extremely low temperatures of -5°C.

While others were clad in warm clothing, jackets, hoodies, and scarves, Udani faced the weather in his sports attire, demonstrating remarkable fortitude to perform at his best. This ability to compete effectively in such conditions speaks volumes about his mental toughness, focus, and perseverance.





This experience at the Gymnasiade represents a significant step in Parshva’s athletic development. His commitment to representing his country and embracing the challenges of international competition is a commendable trait, driving him towards achieving larger goals.
