Appreciation–A blog

Appreciation is the highest form of prayer, for it acknowledges the presence of good wherever you shine the light of your thankful thoughts.

Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it all into words is all that is necessary.

Everyone enjoys being acknowledged and appreciated. sometimes even the simplest act of gratitude can change someone’s entire day.

I truly appreciate kindness. I appreciate people checking up on me.

I appreciate a quick message. I appreciate those who ask me if I am okay.

I appreciate every single person in my life who has tried to brighten my days. It’s the little things that matter most. Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.

Silent gratitude isn’t much to anyone-there are many we meet who are just passing through, and then there are a few who stay to pull us through.

If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.

When life is sweet, say thank you and celebrate, and when life is bitter say thank you and grow.

“A little ‘thank you’ that you will say to someone for a ‘little favour’ shown to you is a key to unlock the doors that hide unseen ‘greater favours’. Learn to appreciate, say ‘thank you ‘and why not?”

When i started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around showing gratitude towards someone you appreciate doesn’t need to be saved for a special occasion.

Expressing gratitude through a heartfelt message can have a powerful impact on your relationships. whether it’s a thoughtful ‘thank you’ note, a simple text or a reflection of your blessings during the holiday season, showing appreciation is a meaningful way to connect with others. Appreciation can truly spark reflection on what we are truly thankful for and even uplift those around us.

Whether we want to shift our mindset towards gratitude or inspire a friend, appreciation helps us to see beauty in everyday moments.

Appreciative words and expressions for the good food we are about to eat .starting the daily practice of appreciation can help us to recognize the positive in our lives instead of focusing on the negative. Being thankful and grateful for all the good things we have can actually make you happier. If one is feeling down or just need a little pick-me-up, few words of appreciation can uplift a soul not only for that day not even for a year but for whole life.

When we appreciate and are grateful, fear dis appears and abundance appears”

Appreciation is needed more than ever. Studies show that expressing appreciation releases powerful hormones like endorphins and oxytocin.

To get past the layers of symptoms and accumulated wounds, what we eventually arrive at is that core part of us needs to give and receive love that longs to belong and be part of something greater than ourselves.

“This means a lot”

“I can’t express my gratitude enough”

“Your support means more than you know”

“I feel honoured”

“I can’t wait to return the favour”

“I am not sure how to say thank you enough”

“I’m grateful to you”

“I will always remember this”

“I am not sure I’ll ever be able to repay you”

“I’ll never forget this”are some of the appreciation phrases which can stick with others the same way their actions did for you.

“Sending warmth your way”–we can send warm, good connective feelings their way.

“I receive this with warmth and care”-how we receive an act of kindness can show our gratitude. let them know you receive it with warm feelings and care for them.

“I appreciate your help”-appreciation is an important thing to convey-let them know that  you appreciate their actions.

I haven’t experienced something like this before”- “you are the best”- if someone has done something that you feel is otherworldly letting them know they are the best conveys the place they hold in your life.

“This moment will stick to me forever”- letting someone know they have given you the gift of a moment that will stick with you forever holds far more value than a ‘thank you gift’.

“All my gratitude”-easy, brief and honest. what more could you need to say?

“How can i ever repay yoy?”-if someone has gone above and beyond, it is thoughtful to ask them if there’s anything you can do in return. After all, act of service may be a love language for them.

“Please let me know what I can do for you”-it’s a statement, a declaration that you will offer the same care they gifted you.”you are very generous”-while many give selflessly, most of us hope to hear an acknowledgment in return.

“Your generosity didn’t go unnoticed”-hearing your generosity is noticed and appreciated can feel good, even if you didn’t think what you were doing was generous.

“I’m so moved by this gesture”- sometimes people do things without realizing it is a kind gesture. Acknowledge that-it lets them see how there actions are being viewed.

“You’ve  changed my life”-this one is to be used sparingly, when you truly mean it.🥰
