The Momma Clan

In a tranquil corner, where the sunlight streams,

Two graceful souls connect, as if in dreams.

Upon a yoga mat, their bodies intertwined,

A serene picture etched, in my mind’s eye defined.

Their spirits take flight, as they flow in unison,

A ballet of poses, a harmonious rendition.

The first lady stretches, arms reaching high,

Her body a testament to strength and supply.

The second lady mirrors, with grace and ease,

Her movements fluid, like a gentle breeze.

Their bodies aligned, a perfect symphony,

Yoga’s sacred dance, a beautiful tapestry.

As they breathe in deeply, the world stands still,

Inhaling peace, exhaling all that’s ill.

Their minds find solace, thoughts fade away,

In this sacred space, worries hold no sway.

Together they find balance, body and mind,

Leaving all worries and stress far behind.

Their spirits are lifted, as they touch the divine,

Yoga’s gift, a sanctuary, pure and sublime.

Oh, how they inspire, these ladies so serene,

Their practice a testament to what can be seen.

In this snapshot of stillness, a moment frozen in time,

Yoga’s timeless beauty, forever intertwined.

So let us embrace the power of yoga’s embrace,

Let it guide us to serenity, to a peaceful place.

May our bodies align, just like those two,

And find harmony within, in all that we do.
