While one is grateful, the other complains

Someone polishes himself to be versatile 

The other remains plain

It’s the affirmations we have for ourselves 

And for others 

That let one become what one wants to be!!

Be positive, be kind, and

If you can’t be, never mind..

At least don’t go bitter and don’t go blur

Be sure or yourself and 

Work on every wrong, just to be clear

Your thoughts are powerful and

So are your expressions,

Don’t leave their sides,

And lose yourself, 

Which is a confirmation!

Affirmations strengthen you,

So choose to spread them wisely,

Because like everyone else

To serve for a better society,

You are in cue too,

So go and make yourself worthwhile!!
