For the first time parents, baby brings a surprise package along,
Parenting journey is sometimes a cacophony, sometimes joyful song.
Baby rules our heart, he invades our mind,
The king size bed feels smaller from the day he arrives.
The little child pushes us aside to corners of the bed,
We stumble, we trip, we are surrounded by sleeplessness.
But as we see him growing, we realise it’s worth the struggle,
Because there’s love and only love, so pure and unconditional.
