Wild vs. Wired: A Conservation Dilemma

Animals are born naturally wild in the forest. Their natural habitat is the jungle, where they grow up. They kill their prey and in a group eat flesh. The big cats, like the tiger and lions, depend on other animals for their food. They learn how to hunt for their prey as they grow up.

Animals in the wild:

Animals in the wild are free to move about, explore the forest, and grow up in their natural surroundings. Every day they search for food and water. They like to explore new territory, run, walk, and survive in the forest. They grow up with the environment in which they are born—raw and wild!

However, they always have the fear of being hunted and poached for their skin. People are very greedy to get a glimpse of them so that they can make money out of their skin, through which they can earn a lot. Wild animals in the forest have to be careful of greedy hunters, who kill them.

Animals in wired condition:

Animals in wired condition usually live in the zoo. They are given food by the zoo authorities in time. They have no fear of being killed. Humans come to have a glimpse of them and take out their photo for remembrance. They are kept behind the cage so that they do not harm any human beings.

The zoo authorities even make sure that the animals get regular health check-ups from time to time. The day-to-day situation of the animals is monitored. The zoo authorities even see that they get married in time so that they give birth to young ones. This helps in the conservation of the species.

Wild Animals Get Hurt

Wild Animals also feel like human beings.   They should not be teased or unnecessary approached to make    them    angry.  They    know    how    to defend themselves by their facial expressions and behaviour. Whenever you go to the zoo or approach any animal  , take   care not    to bully or    tease animal.   They may become angry  behave in an aggressive manner  and try to harm . You may land up in the hospital, because wild animals react  immediately    and bite. They   have very  harmful    claws. You    should take care   not   to venture or trespass in their territory. They need their own independent  space to    live in. So leave them alone without worrying them. Wild Animals also have a right to live!

International Tiger Day

International Tiger Day is celebrated annually on July 29. The tiger enjoys the reputation of being the largest of the world’s big cats. A tiger can be easily identified by its distinctive orange and black stripes on its face and body. International Tiger Day is celebrated across the globe so that all of us can raise awareness for tiger conservation. The day aims to build a worldwide system that will be dedicated to protecting tigers and their natural habitats.

The forest department should aim at giving the tiger a safe place to live along with the other species. Efforts should be made to raise funds to adopt a tiger. We should not allow the tiger to become extinct. Illegal trafficking of tigers should be prohibited completely.

With the loss of habitat and climate change, tigers are increasingly coming  into conflict  with humans Demand for tiger bone, skin, and other body parts is leading to increased cases of poaching and trafficking.

Humans should take all efforts to conserve this special animal—”The Tiger.” A tiger should be conserved in both the wild and the wired environment, as day by day their population is decreasing. Funds should be raised to conserve the tiger, for many more generations should be able to see these majestic cats!
