Anger and it’s Subordinates 

Do  you  feel  angry?  Why  do  you  feel  angry?  We  all  lose our temper at some point or the other, but  lingering  to it  for a  long time is wrong. It spoils relationships and the environment around us. So whenever we get angry, we should pause for a while and calm down. Count 100 and cool down before you lose your temper.

Anger has many subordinates  which trigger in us anger. They are Stubbornness, violence, ego, fear, jealousy, desires, hatred , complaining  nature,  false  finding, etc. Let  us  examine  their nature :

Stubbornness

When  we are  stubborn and  stick to  what we think,  we might lose  temper  on  the  other person. Our   stubborn  nature   and attitude  makes  us lose  temper, even  if   we are wrong.  So to control temper, we  must let go of our stubbornness and come down to the level of listening to others.

Violence

If  we  have  a  violent  and  strict nature, we lose our temper.We may resort to mental and physical torture. We may slap or beat the other person.Hence , we must come to the level of kindness to forgo our violence and make kindness a habit.We must not use physical force under any circumstances, otherwise we may land up in trouble.

Ego-

When we are  egoistic,  we bring the I, me  and  myself into first consideration. We  don’t  like  to  say a “sorry” or a “thank you” because of our ego. Even richness and money power develops an ego in us, so we lose our temper. We see the other person as low. To control our temper, we must  not  have ego. We must be humble, down to  earth and  approachable, then we can become a better person.

Fear

When  we  have  fear of  facing  a difficult  situation, we simply lose our temper on innocent people around us, always having fear at the back of the mind. Instead of losing temper, we must tell our  problems out. Practice  methods  and ways  on how to overcome our fear  in the most  reasonable way.

Jealousy-

Jealousy  makes   our   temperament  hot,   and  we  lose  our temper. Instead of getting jealous of  someone’s success, we should put our own  hardwork, will power  and efforts to achieve success. We should not get jealous, if someone is better dressed than us, instead give them a complement.

Desires

If we have  too many  unreachable  desires ,  we  get  angry  at ourselves, as we cannot  achieve  them. We  may  take  wrong decisions to achieve  unreachable desires.  Instead  have little desires,  reachable  targets,  and  always  have  a  budget  for yourself, then only you will get satisfaction in your life .

Hatred

We should  not  have  hatred  for  anyone in  our  life, even if the other person hates us.  We must  love the  people all around us, so that we can lead a steady life without having feelings of hate, grudge  and  revenge. We must  maintain  our  calm  and  be composed all the time, instead of getting angry.

Complaining nature-

We should not  have a  complaining  nature  or  tell ill-will   about anyone. If we tell ill- will or complain about others, we are having some kind of hatred and anger towards them. Instead, become their  friends   and  start  a new   journey  along  with   them of friendship.

False Finders-

There are people who always find fault with your work and lose their temper on your work, thinking only their way of doing work is right. You should use your patience and perseverance towards such people and explain them that what you did too, is right.

Hence, We should always try to control our temper, when we are about to lose our cool. If somebody loses their temper on us, we should   not   just  keep   crying  and  remembering it. We  must forgive and  let go. Everybody has the right to life a dignified life and fill it with the colours of love, knowledge, happiness and hard work.  Accept your life with acceptance and smile, instead of anger and hatred!
