Health Issues

We regret at our later years about our failing health problems. The checkups  showing high Cholestrol , Diabetics and various ailments.

All these problems, is it due to old age? , I feel no. When we are growing up, enjoying fried and unhealthy food like fast food and avoid homemade healthy food by our mothers  which they prepare with a lot of care and love.

Maybe our grandparents were active and had good clean food.

We have not heard they fell sick often  like the present day young people.

We read often, ” A young man or a woman in their forties, suddenly had a stroke  while doing exercise or sitting or sleeping.”

Now due to busy schedule and fast running phase , people’s life style is changing drastically. No proper time to eat nor sleep.

Choleosterol problem is heard nowadays .

Cholesterol  is a waxy substance in your blood. Your body needs Cholesterol to build healthy cells, but high levels of Cholesterol  can increase risk of heart disease with high cholesterol. You can develop fatty deposits in your blood vessels.

How do we reduce the cholesterol.?

Foods with omega_ 3 fatty acids. Include salmon,mackerel,walnuts and flaxseeds.

Increase soluble fibre. It can reduce the absorption of Cholesterol  into your blood stream. It is found in oatmeal, kidney beans, sprouts,,apples and pears.

The cholesterol is in our cells are there since birth but over the years, due to various reasons, some people’s arteries get blocked and they have  to undergo Angiography or Angioplasty.

Nowadays, due to a different lifestyle, many are stressed and many times, we heve to hear or dead about the sudden death of many youngsters while playing games or in gym  working out.

It is really sad as they leave behind their family of a young wife with kids or a man has to take care of his kids.

The  kids do want to eat fried foods and many elders too love to have them .

Enjoy all food in the right proportion and burn out your energy, by walking or doing any workout to be a healthy. 

Later in our lives, we may not have to regret having eaten the wrong food throughout our lives and not listening to the elders.

Taking care of ourselves, is in our hands  and  running to the  Doctor’s  clinic, is expensive too.
