Pavani really wanted to join with her friends on their upcoming travel plan but her family wasn’t ready to allow her. She so badly wants to go because she feels like crap. She can’t do anything on her own and always has to consider about her family’s opinion. Her work, managing the family everything started to take a toll on her that’s why she asked to go out with her friends. She badly needs some time for herself to not feel so suffocated yet no use. That night she just cried and cried all she wanted then ended up asleep eventually.
When she woke up she was in an unfamiliar room and heard some noises outside. She was so confused and had all kinds of thoughts on her mind in a split second. She couldn’t fathom anything so, she just got out of bed and went out to figure out what was going on. When she came out of the room she was utterly surprised to see her friends setting the dining table and a couple of them were busy in the kitchen. One of her friends noticed and asked her to join on the table. She excused herself to freshen up, then went back into the room. Then she searched for her mobile phone and found it on the bedside table. While she checked on her phone she noticed the date it was their upcoming travel plan’s date. Her heart skipped beat, she wondered how but there was no answer to it, she heard her friends calling her so she went out joined them at the table.
Every one of them had their brunch to their hearts’ content with full of chatter. Then they got ready and went out for sightseeing. Pavani decided to live in the moment for now because this was something she yearned to have this day. Everything can wait, she can fret over this time and skip later. They are having a lot of fun taking a stroll on the seashore. Playing in the water, catching upon everyone’s life as this moment is so rare for them to have all at the same time. They went shopping buying matching clothes and accessories to make this trip the most memorable one. Because they don’t know when they will get to meet like this again. They were making the most of this breathtaking trip of their hectic routine life.
The next day they planned a forest safari as they believed a trip into the forest might give them some mind cleansing and they heard there would be a waterfalls into that dense forest. They planned to visit that too. All were excited for the day. As they reached into the woods they felt so relaxed and proceeded with calm as per the local guide. Slowly they reached the heart of the dense forest and in no time they reached the falls. The view was so scenic and enchanting. Everyone were enjoying the surroundings and decided to go into the water. That’s when Pavani noticed something, but she wasn’t sure about what she saw. She wondered how could this be possible it’s a broad day light it couldn’t be the shooting star thought herself and proceeded into the water. Suddenly she felt numb, she couldn’t move slowly she started to drown. Had a hard time in breathing and heard some noise but it was muffled then heard someone shout her name.
The moment she heard her name she jumped and was awake on her own bed. It took her a moment to process everything was just a dream. Again she heard her name called by her husband. She hurriedly went out and apologized for overslept and started on her routine. She finished the chores in a hurry burry. Then she got ready left for her own work. Just like that, she was stuck in her routine day-to-day life. But whenever she felt she got remembered that dream which never felt like a dream but a reality. That gave her the comfort to go on with that hectic life. From time to time she wished that dream would come true.
Time gone in a blink, just a week away from the trip. The reality started to hit her, she is on the terrace looking up at the night sky mulling over her dream. Out of no where she saw the shooting star just like she saw in her dream so, she wished to to go on the trip. After some time when she got down her husband came and told her that he is going on a business trip for 15 days. Then her kid is also having an educational tour for 4 days. So she tried her luck again by asking her husband’s permission for the trip. Surprisingly he also said ok as it was only for two days. Now she was over the moon in happiness.
Finally, it’s D-day she was all set and excited about the trip. Everything feels like a dream there is this unknown inkling that this could be a dream as well, but she decided to not concentrate on it. It wasn’t exactly like that dream but all those feelings she felt seemed same. This time also went to the falls again she saw the shooting star while submerged in the water. It felt like a deja vu she just closed her eyes and uttered thanks, then she heard a welcome for a moment she felt she was still dreaming but then she heard I am a dream fairy you found me in your dream so I couldn’t help but make your dream wish come true. She smiled and a drop of tear fell down on her cheeks.
