I still remember that day. My heart skipped a beat when I heard the sound of the Dhol. Finally, Baraat had arrived. The man of my dreams had arrived to take me along with him forever. It was my wedding day.
As we exchanged garlands we could feel the pure divinity of love. There was a wave of euphoria all around. My life partner and I got to know each other some 6 months back through a matrimony website. I wasn’t sure about this arranged marriage setup but anyhow agreed. Our family introduced both of us to each other. We exchanged numbers. Through whats app chat and telephonic conversations, we got to know each other better. Due to lockdown, we could meet after 6 months. Finally, it was a Yes ! from both of us.
As I reflect back I feel this is the best decision I have ever taken. Love is in the air every day now! Two hearts shining and moving together on this beautiful journey called ‘Life’– Sunshine of two hearts!!!
