Despite having a poor mental state, an individual might not have a mental state. almost like this, an individual with a psychological state could also be in healthiness on the physical, mental, and social levels.

Taking care of your mental health will help you maintain your ability to enjoy life. This requires a balance of life activities, responsibilities, and striving to achieve mental resilience.

Stress, depression, and anxiety can all affect your mental health and disrupt your daily life.

Although medical professionals often use the term mental health, doctors recognize that many mental disorders have physical causes.
