We should drink the required amount of water ..we should keep ourselves active by drinking water…

We should keep ourselves healthy as no one cares if you are really good ..so you should keep your health good ..as health is wealth …health matters more than anything…

We should take care of ourselves. If our body isn’t healthy. We can’t do our work more good…if our body is healthy we can do any work greatly and quickly…

A man enjoys the fruits of success if he is healthy…so in order to achieve success ..we should keep ourselves healthy first ..but many people nowadays are neglecting their health…

Health is not about fasting or diet … it is about everyday eating habits … we should eat nutritious food daily not junk one…we should take nutritious food not only carbohydrates…

If you wanna earn wealth..first you wanna keep your health good…you wanna go live in order to earn money ..if you wanna live long..you wanna stay healthy.

So…you should take care of your health… self-care is a must…

Take care of your health…don’t keep fasting to stay slim and at last which results in unhealthy…live for you…

Don’t live for others by obeying unhealthy practices…

We can’t just buy health by giving money…we wanna maintain health by drinking healthy liquids and by eating good rich in nutritional foods and items.

Maintain health regularly…eat healthy items regularly and have a tight and good sleep regularly…likewise follow healthy habits regularly in order to keep you in good health…

Health not only maintains good physical but also maintains good mental…you just keep your mind healthy..a healthy mind paves way for a healthy future…

Give respect to your feelings… value your feelings..you should give respect and value your feelings …your feelings are valid to you…

Keep yourself healthy if you aren’t healthy, you can’t work actively in your work. You’ll feel tired the whole day and your work won’t be good.

Health is about keeping your body safe. Not about eating junk and ruining your body. And health is the best wealth, not an asset and gold. So, take care of your health.

Good health can be attained by mental peace. You should keep your mental health good. Do meditate, do breathing exercises, and always put a smile on your hard days.

We should eat more saturated food than unsaturated food. Saturated food is good for health compared to unsaturated food. Saturated food is generally taken from plants. 

It is also taken from animals. But mostly it is taken from plants. And unsaturated food is mostly taken from animals. It is also taken from plants. But mostly it was taken from animals.
